Reservation terms & conditions

VCC is strictly over 23s; ID may be required.
Neat dress is essential.
Reservations will be held for a maximum of twenty minutes after the start of the reservation time.
Walk-ins are welcome when available.
Table service operates at all times; we cannot split bills but can take multiple cards.
A discretionary service charge of 10% of the total bill is added for all tables of 2 and over.
Please note that having a reservation does not guarantee entry. Management have the right to refuse admission.
All paid deposits are fully refundable when all guests arrive on time and within the 20 minute grace period. For any late arrivals or no-shows, VCC will withhold €10 per head from the paid deposit.
On the day of your reservation, VCC will call to confirm your booking a maximum of 3 times. Failure to answer these calls will result in your booking being cancelled.
