Our story, continued
Born in 2012 behind a black door in the heart of old Dublin, our bell has been the gateway to one of the country’s best cocktail bars. Fast forward to today, and we’ve taken up residence in the 250-year-old Powerscourt Townhouse on lively South William Street, steps from Grafton Street.
A lot has stayed the same, and a few things are truly special. Across three floors, the ground and first floors house the VCC you know and love: vintage throughout and fully candlelit, with our long-standing team ready to welcome you into our new home, and a multi-award-winning cocktail menu of timeless classics, innovative signatures and a few new additions.
Below is our new subterranean Punch House & Whiskey Caverns. Expect stone cavern ceilings, low lighting and punch served by the bowl in bookable communal rooms, because some drinks are too good not to be shared. To go with it, you’ll find charcuterie, cheese, pastries and small plates to keep you well fed until the early hours.
It’s simple, really. Look for the signature black door, ring the bell, take a seat and settle in with a great drink. Some things never change.
New door. Same team. Same VCC.

Classics. Signatures. Your next favourite.
At VCC, each and every cocktail is lovingly made from scratch using the finest premium spirits and only the freshest of locally sourced ingredients.
Our menu explores the storied history of the mixed drink; in its pages you’ll find beloved classics, our own signature twists and hopefully your new favourite tipple.
It’s an extensive menu, so don’t be afraid to ask the team for a recommendation.
